Who we are

My name is Shmuel Zimmer. I was born and raised in London, and currently live in Gush Etzion, Israel. From a young age, I began working in the restuarant and hospitality business, working with my father, James Zimmer, managing and production of events. When I moved to Israel, it took some time to reveal the potential of event management here, but during the Coronavirus, I began producing and managing events in the area. For the past two years, the oppurtunity has opened up more and more, and the events have become more and more exciting!

My  name is Gila Atara, and I am the design and marketing specialist at Teva Events. I was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, and am currently finishing my degree in Art and design. My role during the events, is managing the design and flowers, as well as helping build the artistic concept of the event. I have expereince as a florist and designer, and really enjoy adding special touches to each event, to enhance the expereince in an artistic sense.

What we do

At Teva Events we are with the customer. We build your dream event from your desires. Starting with the venue, all the way until the gift bags for the guests to take home, our role is to help you, to create together with you, the magical day you've been waiting for.
Many of our clients are based abroad, in many cases, parents of the bride and groom are not in Israel, although the couple themselves live here. 
In these cases we liase with the families via zoom, to discuss all details surrounding the event and update regularly with our progress, in securing the venue, finding the right band, etc.
In a certain sense, we like to feel that we are your eyes and ears here in Israel, until you are here to make it yourselves. Due to our personal connection with each of our vendors, we also secure better pricing.

Weddings

We offer weddings of all types and styles, for all budgets. Anything between 25-700 guests, we are happy to help!
Planning a wedding is really a headache, and the family of those celebrating should not be the ones taking all the pressure. Allow us to help you, allow us to let you enjoy the day without the stress of making sure it will all go smoothly!

If you would like to use the facilites of a venue, but to bring in external catering, whether it be Kashrut reasons, or just a prefered style of catering, it possible to rent the venue space, and bring in your own catering. We work with many caterers, of different styles and budgets and can help direct you towards what you are looking for.

Whether you are looking for a DJ or ten-peice band, we have all the options you may need, and if you are seeking attractions for your guests entertainement, such as camel-riding, dancers, or to have your favorite guest-singer, we can offer you anything you feel will enhance your event.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah

For your kids Bar/Bat Mitzvah, if you have chosen to host your event in Israel, there are many options to create memorable experiences for you and your family.
One of our popular experiences is to bring musicians to the Kotel, with a family photographer, and to allow your child to experience the spirituality of the coming-of-age event, and at the same time, enjoy the special time with the family.
There are many venues in Jerusalem and surrounding areas, to host Bar/Bat Mitzvah parties, sizing 40-300 guests, and many restuarants that can offer themed events.
